Please calls (fouroh6 two 39 eighty eight 6o)only as I'm an "old school" communicator that only has time for seriously interested parties. You will be hard pressed to find a T1N class C RV in as clean or well kept condition as this one. Never lived in and used sparingly with only 43K miles & very few hrs on the Onan LPG generator. Upgrades include new tires, batteries, flatscreen smart TV, 2 solar panel array on roof wired to two new house batteries, new wood laminate floor & full bedding for all three bed arrangements including pillows. The galley is equipped with everything needed to hit the road (please view all attached images). At just over 23' L it is considered a class C RV and is nimble enough to navigate city streets & congested RV parks. Once set up for the night engage the electric slide-out, either plug in to a 30 amp service @ the campground or use appliances plumbed to the LP system, 12V house batteries or if need be fire up the generator if it's a cloudy day and house batteries did not get fully charged.
If you don't know about the T1N or first generation of Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans produced from 2002-2006 they are the unicorn for either factory or private RV conversions due to it's exceptional fuel efficiency, longevity of the 2.7 ltr diesel engine and lack of complex, modern emissions systems. They are not hard to work on and parts are readily available @ discount pricing through such sites as Million Mile Sprinter or T1N Parts rather than purchasing from dealerships.
