2020 MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER 170 EXT CAMPER VAN

ONLY 9,580 MILES | 3.0L V6 DIESEL | 600Ah LITHIUM | 400W SOLAR | VICTRON | VAN COMPASS

Extremely low-mileage 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 170 EXT camper van with only 9,580 miles.

Meticulously maintained, with all service and maintenance performed at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown.

This is a thoughtfully designed DIY camper conversion built for comfortable off-grid travel, extended road trips, remote work and
weekend adventures. It combines a serious Victron electrical system, 600Ah lithium battery bank, 400W solar, rooftop air
conditioning with heat pump, 36-gallon fresh-water capacity, marine refrigerator/freezer, convertible queen sleeping area,
upgraded Van Compass suspension and plenty of storage.

The van is complete and ready to travel not an unfinished project that needs thousands of dollars of additional equipment.

========== OFF-GRID ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ==========

The electrical system was built around premium Victron components and a large 600Ah LiFePO4 battery bank.

- 6 x 100Ah 12V LiFePO4 deep-cycle batteries (600Ah total)

- Victron MultiPlus 3000W 12V inverter/charger

- Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/60 TR charge controller with Bluetooth

- Victron Lynx Distributor

- Victron SmartShunt 500A

- Victron Cerbo GX

- Victron GX Touch 50

- 2 x Renogy 200W high-efficiency 16BB solar panels (400W total)

- 20A AC outlets

- Overhead LED lighting

- LED accent lighting under cabinets

- Dedicated red nighttime lighting

Triplex flat marine-grade tinned-copper boat cable with protective sheathing was used throughout the electrical installation.

This is a substantial electrical system designed for genuine off-grid use rather than simply powering lights and USB outlets.

========== AIR CONDITIONING, HEAT & VENTILATION ==========

- Houghton low-profile 13,500 BTU rooftop air conditioner

- Integrated heat pump

- Remote controlled

- Quiet, non-ducted design

- MaxxFan Deluxe remote-controlled RV ventilation system

The DC-powered MaxxFan provides efficient ventilation when you don't need to run the rooftop AC.

Custom insulated front windshield shades provide privacy and help control interior temperature in both hot and cold weather.

========== SLEEPING & INTERIOR ==========

The interior was designed to maximize usable living space instead of permanently dedicating most of the van to a large bed.

- Twin sleeping area easily expands into a queen-size bed

- Comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress

- Bench seating

- Dining table

- Retractable work surface for remote work or meal preparation

- Foldable shelving above countertops and along the sides

- Large overhead storage

- Storage beneath bench seating

- Locking drawers

- Soft-close hinges

- Passenger-side cabin bench with additional storage

- Second-row seating for additional passengers

The convertible layout makes the van equally comfortable for sleeping, relaxing, dining or working remotely.

========== KITCHEN ==========

- Isotherm Cruise 130 Elegance marine refrigerator/freezer

- 4.6 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer

- AC/DC operation

- Microwave

- Air fryer

- Custom cappuccino-colored countertop

- Marble-style finish

- Locking drawers

- Additional foldable counter/shelf space

========== WATER SYSTEM ==========

- Ronco Plastics 36-gallon RV fresh-water tank

- Gray-water tank beneath the countertop

- Quick-connect water hose

- Portable shower setup

- Shower tent

The exterior shower arrangement provides shower capability without permanently sacrificing valuable interior space to a dedicated
shower enclosure.

========== SUSPENSION, WHEELS & EXTERIOR ==========

JR Customs in Dallas, Texas installed the Van Compass Stage 3 suspension system.

- Van Compass Stage 3 suspension kit for 2WD Sprinter

- 18" Black Rhino Barstow wheels

- 275/65R18 Toyo all-terrain tires

- Terra mud flaps

- Vantech USA Sprinter Track System for 170 WB Extended Body

- Aluminess high-roof Sprinter ladder

The suspension, wheel and tire upgrades give the van a great stance and make it better suited for long-distance travel and getting
beyond paved campgrounds.

========== ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATIONS ==========

- Alpine iLX-W650 multimedia receiver

- Apple CarPlay

- Android Auto

- Yaesu FTM-300DR dual-band amateur/ham radio

The Yaesu ham radio is particularly useful for travelers heading into remote areas where cellular coverage may be limited. Amateur
